  • In effort to avoid payment delays, we strongly suggest groups submit electronic payment (Debit/Credit Card, Wire, ACH).

  • August 28, 2023: The option to pay by wire or ACH ends (allow adequate time for processing).
  • August 28, 2023: Last day to make a switch and all group TBD registrations must be identified.
  • August 28, 2023: Last day to request Full conference cancellation and receive a refund less the administrative fee ($200).
  • August 29, 2023: Refund requests are no longer accepted for cancellations received.
  • August 29, 2023: All registrations must be paid online by card.
  • October: Barcodes used to check in at registration will be emailed to all paid registrants.
  • October 11– 13, 2023: Onsite Registration Check-in opens.
  • A minimum of five registrants from the same facility must register and pay at the same time.
  • You may register and pay for TBD attendees.
  • TBD attendees should be identified by August 28, 2023.
  • Promo codes do not apply to group registration.
  • Group discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual registrations.
  • Checks are not accepted for individuals.
  • Registrations are not considered complete until full payment is made.
  • Registrants will not be permitted into any conference events until payment is reconciled.
  • If you are paying by check, be sure to include group contact details, organization name and a copy of your registration details with payment so that we can reconcile your registration. We MUST have this information to finalize your registration.
  • If you are paying by ACH, wire transfer, or check, payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. Your registration is subject to cancellation or increase in registration fee if payment is not received in 14 days.

  • All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by August 28, 2023.

  • Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference. Contact ancc@mcievents.com for payment inquiries.
  • The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@mcievents.com if you need your confirmation email resent.
  • If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have completed their registration.
  • Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates are completed by August 28.
  • If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your badge at Express Check-in.
  • Finally, print and bring your barcode. It will be emailed to you one week before the start of the conference. This barcode will assist with a speedy check-in. Please email ancc@mcievents.com if you do not receive a barcode by October 5, 2023.

  • Plan to pick up your conference badge and materials on Wednesday for a fast and easy registration experience.
  • Have your Express Check-in barcode readily available when checking-in.
  • Don’t forget your mask and proof of vaccination.
