Join us for the Welcome Party at Museum of Science & Industry, located in Jackson Park in the Hyde Park neighborhood between Lake Michigan and the University of Chicago. It is housed in the Palace of Fine Arts built for the 1893 World’s Exposition. We will celebrate our time in Chicago together at this fabulous location. Enjoy the exhibits, dancing and feasting. There will be unique photo opportunities, creative catering, and great music. Chicago has several nicknames, but two most popular are the Second City and the Windy City. Chicago is a huge vibrant city with iconic sights and a picturesque skyline along the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. It’s well-known for house music, blues, jazz, comedy, shopping, dining, sports, architecture, highly regarded universities and colleges, transportation, and premier cultural attractions such as museums, zoos, an aquarium, and planetariums. With a wealth of iconic sights and neighborhoods to explore, there’s enough to fill a visit of months without ever seeing the end.
